Several weeks ago, I was rewatching Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and heard a song which peeked my interest. In episode Today is the Day (Part 2) from season two, Derek and Jesse have their last words to each other. A song called A NEW MESSIAH by DEAD HEART BLOOM punctuates the scene’s tension. A very cool song and now one of my favorites on my iPod!
As it turns out, you can download most of DEAD HEART BLOOM’s music for free directly from their website. I recommend checking out the album titled Chelsea Diaries which sounds like a mix between Bob Dylan and the Beatles.

It must be springtime. The flowers are in full bloom, especially at the San Diego Botanical Building in Balboa Park. Normally I don’t take photos of flowers, but this display of orchids was very impressive.

This month I decided to join RedBox.com to rent DVD’s. I’m about seven months behind in movies and now there’s a ton of newly released Oscar nominated ones to watch too, so I figured it was time to join RedBox.com.
I’m still bullish on NOT re-activating my Netflix account. The word of mouth on Redbox keeps getting stronger and locations are super convenient. As it stands now, I’ve rented a total of four movies with ease. Usually I use my iPhone to reserve my movies when I’m out and about and pick them up on the way back home or when I’m at the grocery stores. It’s a real nice service which I recommend to my family and friends.
There is one downside (there’s always a downside) which is the limited number of selections. I love old movies and anime which RedBox.com doesn’t have in their arsenal. Recently I’ve been buying anime titles to add to my library.
Also to note, I would like to see RedBox.com launch a movie queue (or wish list) to its account features. This would make this service even more convenient.
It’s going to be rainy night tonight and I got my movie ready to go. I hope you enjoy your movie night too.

Introducing iWUVu & iMEANu!
One day I was mindlessly scribbling and doodling, while I was trying to piece together a new story that I was writing. (Yes, doodling, sometimes help me with my writing.) Unintentionally I drew two faces.
One kind of grumpy and mean looking and the other one flirtatious and friendly looking.
“Well, how about that?” I said to myself. “I can do something with these.”
And that’s how iWUVu and iMEANu was born.
